Illiana Nurse Network, LLC is a nurse-owned independent service. As the sole nurse, I provide direct and reliable coverage for healthcare facilities. When you book through me, you’re not hoping a nurse picks up your shift—you are scheduling directly with me.

If I confirm a shift, you can rely on me to be there. I take pride in professionalism, consistency, and accountability. Facilities trust me because I don’t overbook or send replacements—when you schedule with Illiana Nurse, you get me personally, and I show up ready to work.

There are three easy ways to register your facility and begin booking shifts:
1. In-person signature on the required agreements.
2. Online registration through the secure Facility Registration Page on the website.
3. Email with DocuSign for electronic completion and signature of agreements.


Facilities can book directly through:
– The Illiana Nurse Network website (available 24/7).
– For Urgent needs you call or text me at (219)669-7998 (I may be with patients, but I will respond as soon as possible).

If a shift is available, it can be booked immediately.
If less than 4 hours before shift start: the shift will remain pending until I verify by text or phone call. Once confirmed, it will be considered fully booked.

I maintain all required and up-to-date documents, including:
– Active nursing license
– Background checks
– Annual physicals and TB testing
– Immunization records
– CPR certification
– Various other certifications, which are available in the credentials area or upon request.

Facilities must provide their policy handbook on my first day of onboarding.

I bring diverse nursing experience, including:
– Long-term care & skilled nursing
– Rehabilitation & post-acute care
– Memory care & dementia support
– Ventilator, PEG tube, wound care, and IV therapy management

– No. Facilities may book shifts as needed—there are no minimum commitments. Availability is first-come, first-served.
– Cancellations: If less than 2 hours before a scheduled shift and fees may apply, cancellations must be made by phone or text. Please see detailed information in the Rate & Scheduling Agreement.

Current bill rates are outlined in the Bill Rate Agreement provided during registration. By registering, facilities acknowledge and agree to the posted rates. You may request copy current rates by emailing me at crystal.illiananurse.com.

– Invoices are provided on a bi-weekly basis.
– The billing week begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday at 11:59 PM (Central Time).
– Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date to avoid late fee penalties.
– Direct deposit is preferred and securely stored for your convenience.
